RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

We offers free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items can be returned for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. However, there are some exceptions to the return and exchange policy. *read below.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@pamsposhplush.com.. If your return is accepted, you will receive a (Return Authorization Number), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, you will need your Return Authorization Number, your item must be in the same exact condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number. Log in & check your order history.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as custom plush & custom clothing orders or personalized items), Final Sale Items, gift cards. Original Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damaged items: Shopify may reject returned products that are damaged, or the product or packaging may be damaged

Visible wear and use: Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Tags and packaging: Items must have the original tags and be returned in original packaging

DAMAGED: Packages & Orders by US Post Office or other Carrier: (STOP - Don't Return)
We will need to file insurance claim with USPS. Keep your Order & Packing together. We need photos label, every side of the box, poly-bag, packing materials and photos of actual damage to product. email photos to us with Order Number, Name & Address. (USPS will either pickup order & packaging or ask that you drop it off)
